Perry Liss is the proud owner of the firm. After graduating with a degree in finance from Penn State University, he went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Drexel University's Earle Mack School of Law. During law school, Mr. Liss clerked for The Honorable Judge Timothy J. Savage in Federal District Court and also worked for the esteemed real estate/landlord–tenant law firm, Kenneth L. Baritz & Associates, where he now serves in an "of counsel" capacity.

Perry's ideas on how the law should be practiced differ from those of most other firms. He believes that quality representation does not have to be expensive. With you the client as his top priority and with a knowledgeable background in landlord-tenant law, criminal law, and social security disability, as well as great connections in all Four fields, Perry decided to open his own smaller general practice firm. Along with the three previously mentioned fields and traffic court violations, Perry now represents a website development company and fashion design company, writing each entity's employment contracts, project contracts, investment contracts, and operating agreements. Mr. Liss is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is eager to serve your best interests.
